Day Off in NC

Ahhh yes....the sweet smell of clean laundry and the anticipation of a night of bowling and a cold pitcher! It's truely the simple things in life that keep us moving forward.
Have'nt posted recently (sorry), I'll get better at it ...promise. As tour winds down I'll get new pictures for the photo gallery, so keep checkin'.

Alright...New Orleans was a blast. I had a kick ass soft shell crab po' boy with chargrilled oysters that I'm still dreaming of. So good that our sound man D-Rok had to help himself to the unfinished left overs on the table next to us...EPIC. I have a passion for finding the good local flavor as we cruise the country. This was @ Acme and I highly recomend it if your in NO.
Work play theater in Birmingham was a unique room, reminded me of Thunderdome.
Onto Atlanta to play a sweaty little rock club called the loft..love the rooms where you guys are right there! Also found excellent Thai food @ Owan with Art and D-Rok. D did refrain from foraging off strangers plates this time!
The shows have been so great!!! You guy's are making this my favorite tour I've been on in some time. The energy has been great. Also I've got to give a nod to the Ladies of the south....BEAUTIFUL!!!
We Wrapped up our shows in the south and are heading towards the north east for the final stretch. It was nice being in Florida for a couple days, got some beach time in Ft. Lauderdale. So now I'll pull out the heavy coat and hang on to the feeling of sun on my skin. Can't wait to hit NY city and Boston...two of my favorite places!
Ciao for now...

Sammy,
You guys really rocked Orlando! It was so nice meeting you - not many groups would take that kind of time with their fans! After all the energy you exerted on stage, I was amazed to see how gracious the five of you were in greeting all of your fans and taking time not just to sign autographs, but to speak to each of us as well. You and Josh were hilarious! You cracked me up when you introduced him as your son! With such a hectic tour schedule, there is probably precious little time for shut eye, but it didn't show for one second. Thanks for keeping Everclear not only alive, but for giving it new life. The entire experience was truly unforgettable. Keep rockin' and come back to Florida soon!
